ACA Staffing Solutions Service
The staffing solutions service offers one of the most malleable ways to work within the National Health Service.
We recruit high quality temporary & permanent staff to our Banks to work across a variety of services in a wide range of specialities across the Trust to to fill workforce gaps caused by illness, maternity leave, or temporary vacancy. Active care agency Staffing Solutions also offer additional and flexible working to existing employees & people who want to work on a temporary basis.
Our membership consists of the following staff groups to each of the Trusts ACA Banks.
Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
Under the supervision of a variety of healthcare experts, our Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) operate in a number of NHS hospital and community settings. The nature of the job will differ based on the industry. For example, our HCA may work alongside nurses in hospitals or midwives in maternity services, or in mental health, community, or GP practices.
Nursing Home
Our Registered Nurses are well-versed in the best clinical practices for providing routine nursing interventions and administering specific types of medications. They can also assist with the clients’ complicated demands, as required by the nursing facility.
Healthcare Assistants Support
Our healthcare assistants will assist your customers in leading satisfying lives depending on their individual needs for assistance. They will adhere to the (Care Quality Commission’s) internal and external standards, doing all possible to ensure that your client is safe and that the individuals we serve are pleased with the quality of care they get. Our healthcare assistants will assist in-house service users with their daily tasks in accordance with their support plan by talking with them and using the principles of Person Centred Active Support (PCAS). They will also encourage service users to make choices and life decisions in compliance with the requirements of the Mental Capacity Act.
Assist and encourage individuals to participate in daily home, social, leisure, and work activities, based on their preferences. Our healthcare assistants will carry out their duties in accordance with the individual’s Supported Living requirements and standards.
Care Home
In accordance with their assistance plan, our healthcare assistants will assist in-home service users with their everyday tasks. They will also encourage service users to make choices and life decisions in compliance with the requirements of the Mental Capacity Act.
Assist and encourage individuals to participate in daily home, social, leisure, and work activities, based on their preferences. Our healthcare assistants will carry out their duties in accordance with the demands and standards of each Care Home staffing solutions service.
