Level 5 DipHE Health and Care Management

The Level 5 DipHE Health and Care Management equips students with managerial competence, healthcare policy knowledge and operational leadership abilities, providing a solid foundation for those looking to manage teams within the health and social care sector. Students study resource management, the social and political contexts of care, and ethical decision-making, alongside hands-on work in team leadership, quality monitoring and stakeholder communication. On completion you hold the 240 credits needed to progress to a Level 6 Top-Up degree or move into supervisory roles such as Team Leader or Unit Manager.

Typically two subjects at GCE A-Level (or equivalent), or a Level 4 qualification in a related field. Mature students (21+) with significant relevant work experience also considered. IELTS 6.0, with no less than 5.5 in any band, for international students.
